How we work
Why do you, or someone in your organisation, need training? What do you/they need to learn? This is how we start, by asking questions. And this is how we work – by constantly asking ouselves what is the best way to achieve your goals.
We believe in a pro-active relationship with clients and trainees. In ‘learning by doing’ and learning by sharing skills, experiences and insights. By challenging each other.
Most people already know what they should do, or how they should do something. But some extra theory can be useful in translating knowledge into skills. Then it’s a question of practicing. And trying out new ways of doing things – whether it’s headline writing, doing a radio interview or designing a Twitter workshop. Because knowing how to do something is not the same as actually being able to do it.
The biggest challenge is motivation. People will only change the way they do something, or learn new skills, if it gives them the results they want. And results is what our training is about. Not just during the training, but in real life.
That’s why we spend a lot of time preparing our workshops to reflect the realities of trainees’ lives. As professionals but also as individuals. And why we are flexible in how we work.
